Location: This role is based in our Menlo Park, CA; New York, NY; or Bellevue, WA office(s), with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.

Salary: $132,000 - $155,000 USD

What you will do

• Guide the evolution of seamless money movement and customer care experiences.
• Lead design projects across the entire product lifecycle and multiple product launches.
• Partner closely with content design, research, engineering, product, and other cross-functional teams to find sophisticated but practical solutions to design challenges.
• Listen to customers and domain experts to develop the right product strategy and solutions that delight our customers.
• Rapidly explore a wide range of concepts and prototypes, then zoom in with precision to refine and deliver pixel-perfect designs.
• Proactively define and clarify outcomes, build a plan of action, and deliver the results (especially when outcomes are unclear).

Requirements

• At least 2-3 years of experience in product design.
• Excellent portfolio that demonstrates love and care for craft.
• Curiosity and an ability to grasp complex subject matter.
• Ability to identify action items and move projects forward when facing ambiguity.
• Strong collaboration with your design team and cross-functional partners without ego.
