Senior Business Analyst (German Speaking)

Location: Hybrid, based in Switzerland with regular on-site presence in Wabern bei Bern and occasional presence in Zollikofen.

What you will do

• Analyze, document, and manage complex business requirements.
• Lead stakeholder workshops and connect business, technical teams, and project leadership.
• Model and optimize business processes to improve efficiency and support business goals.
• Create, refine, and prioritize user stories while supporting Product Owner activities and backlog management.
• Ensure stable operation and continuous enhancement of the eAsyl Case Management System and contribute to the Digital@Asyl transformation program.
• Coordinate testing, validation, and UAT, collaborate in a SAFe Agile environment, and support the resolution of complex incidents.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in complex enterprise environments.
• IREB CPRE-FL certification is mandatory.
• Proven expertise in requirements engineering, business requirements analysis, and documentation.
• Hands-on experience working in SAFe environments.
• Strong experience creating and prioritizing user stories and managing product backlogs.
• Experience in business process modeling, testing, validation, and UAT activities.
• German language skills at C1 level are mandatory.
• French language skills at B1 level or higher are required.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
