Founders Associate (Biotech)

hirify.global is building an automated laboratory that enables AI agents to run biology experiments, combining software, hardware, lab instruments, workflow orchestration, observability, data pipelines, and AI systems.

What you will do

• Own complete operational workstreams end-to-end and remain accountable for outcomes.
• Use AI tools to rebuild manual, messy, or slow workflows into scalable systems and automations.
• Own customer onboarding and support the growing customer base.
• Run finance and administrative operations with accountants and service providers.
• Manage supplier and service-provider relationships, including negotiation and follow-through.
• Drive lab expansion logistics in Lausanne and coordinate events, customer visits, team operations, and daily company activities.

Requirements

• A track record of getting things done through starting, running, or meaningfully owning something at a startup, in a side project, club, or studies.
• Exceptional agency and ownership, including proactively identifying and solving problems.
• Entrepreneurial and self-directed, with comfort operating in ambiguity and without an established playbook.
• Strong hands-on use of AI tools, especially Claude Code or Codex, to build real workflows and tools rather than only draft emails.
• Hands-on, organized, and reliable, with consistent follow-through and attention to detail.
• Comfort working in a dynamic role with rapidly changing priorities and switching between projects, responsibilities, and urgent operational needs.
• A biology background is not required, but candidates from other fields should have a genuine interest in life sciences.
