Senior Product Manager, Technology (iGaming)

Location: Remote in Colombia; occasional domestic and international travel required.

What you will do

• Establish the solution management function, including frameworks, tools, and standards for converting product roadmap goals into actionable technical requirements.
• Develop solution design practices with Product, CX, Architecture, Engineering, Data, Compliance, and Design to ensure consistency, scalability, and regulatory compliance across markets.
• Lead technical product definition for cross-functional initiatives spanning registration, identity, payments, promotions, and player engagement systems.
• Align solutions with the unified architecture strategy, performance objectives, and regulatory requirements in partnership with architects.
• Improve backlog refinement, dependency management, and system-level feasibility assessments across Product and Engineering.
• Coach PMs and engineers, and define metrics for solution quality, delivery predictability, activation, and retention.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product, engineering, or solution architecture roles, ideally in high-scale, regulated environments such as gaming, payments, fintech, or healthcare.
• Experience building and leading technical product practices at the organizational level, including solution definition, system design, or architecture alignment.
• Strong business and product mindset, with the ability to work across product layers from UX to architecture.
• Understanding of modern software architecture, APIs, microservices, event-driven systems, and CI/CD sufficient to contribute to technical discussions with Architecture and Engineering.
• Ability to translate product intent into clear technical requirements and create sequence diagrams when needed.
• Proactive communication and collaboration skills, including presenting ideas clearly and engagingly in writing and verbally.
• Experience working in hybrid organizations across multiple markets and globally distributed teams.
• Hands-on approach to working through ambiguity, establishing direction, and creating scalable processes.
• Ability to travel occasionally, both domestically and internationally.
