Location: Vilnius or Kaunas, Lithuania; hybrid work with 2 office days recommended but not enforced

What you will do

• Align the team on objectives, track progress through regular 1:1s, and provide timely, actionable feedback.
• Support the professional and personal growth of team members, including performance and compensation reviews.
• Build a trusting, accountable, results-oriented team environment and model strong communication and member support.
• Coordinate collaboration with internal and external stakeholders on multi-team projects.
• Implement Trust & Safety Operations strategic directions and improve operational processes.
• Own the achievement of defined service quality targets.

Requirements

• Experience in a leadership role or a proven track record of progressing toward leadership.
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
• Strong communication skills and excellent spoken and written English.
• Result-oriented and people-oriented approach.
• Ability to learn and think quickly and bring structure to ambiguity.
