Manager, IT Asset & Configuration Management Lead (ServiceNow)

Location: Thessaloniki, Chortiatis, Greece; hybrid work arrangement.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end IT Asset Management and Configuration Management processes for hirify.global Digital, including policies, KPIs, audit posture, compliance documentation, runbooks, process guides, and knowledge-base articles.
• Act as Product Manager for Hardware Asset Management in ServiceNow by managing the roadmap, gathering stakeholder requirements, and prioritizing the engineering backlog.
• Lead CMDB and hardware asset data remediation, enrichment, normalization, classification, naming, lifecycle management, and data-quality governance.
• Onboard and govern Configuration Items from business areas outside Digital as they enter ServiceNow and CMDB scope.
• Lead UAT planning and execution for ITAM, Configuration Management, and HAM during major ServiceNow releases, supporting adjacent process UAT when needed.
• Provide enterprise-wide guidance, maintain enablement materials, and coordinate delivery-partner resources, including offshore and contractor roles.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 4 years of relevant IT experience, including direct process ownership in IT Asset Management and/or Configuration Management within a large, matrixed organization.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITAM/HAM, or demonstrable equivalent ITAM tooling, in administration, configuration, or product management.
• Working knowledge of CMDB and CSDM design principles and asset/configuration data-quality practices.
• Experience leading or contributing to UAT and release-readiness activities for enterprise platform rollouts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to produce compliance and process documentation for audit and stakeholder audiences.
• Ability to deliver through cross-functional teams without formal authority over them.
• Ability to build, read, and interpret ServiceNow dashboards and reports, including Performance Analytics, to track ITAM, Configuration Management, HAM KPIs, and data-quality metrics.
• Ability to work in an agile environment with a collaborative mindset, adaptability to change, and a proactive problem-solving approach.

Nice to have

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Certified Implementation Specialist credential in ITAM/HAM.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher, or an equivalent process-improvement credential.
• ITIL 4 Foundation certification or equivalent ITSM framework knowledge.
• Agile/Scrum credentials such as CSM, CSPO, or PSM.
• Exposure to Software Asset Management concepts or tooling.
• Experience operating in a regulated or GxP environment.
• Prior experience coordinating delivery-partner or contractor resources.
