Tendering Estimator (Renewable Gas)

Location: Levice, Nitriansky kraj, Slovakia; hybrid work with home office possible 2 days per week

Basic wage component: €2,300 gross per month minimum; final compensation depends on level, skills, experience, and qualifications

What you will do

• Support tendering activities by analyzing technical specifications and preparing erection and crane concepts.
• Prepare tender documentation, requests for quotation, bills of quantities reviews, and erection cost calculation templates.
• Calculate installation, site infrastructure, and manpower costs using market data and benchmarks.
• Maintain and improve tendering tools, pricing models, and calculation methodologies.
• Collaborate with Tendering and Subcontracting teams to ensure efficient and compliant tender processes.

Requirements

• Technical education or equivalent experience in renewable gas, waste-to-energy, power generation, or related industries.
• Proven experience in installation cost estimation and strong construction site knowledge within international projects.
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with cost calculation tools, technical standards, and tendering processes.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Structured, self-motivated, and collaborative working style, with strong problem-solving skills and accountability for results.
