ML Engineer (AWS Agentic AI & Generative AI)

Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam; hybrid workplace.

hirify.global is hiring for an AI team developing Generative AI solutions and services for a global user base.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and deploy agentic AI systems using LLMs for complex, multi-step reasoning tasks.
• Perform Supervised Fine-Tuning (SFT) and implement LoRA to optimize models for domain-specific applications.
• Architect and maintain scalable AWS machine learning pipelines with high availability and performance for Generative AI services.
• Integrate deep learning models into existing product ecosystems in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor model performance, conduct error analysis, and implement iterative improvements to increase accuracy and reliability.
• Communicate technical concepts and project progress to technical and non-technical stakeholders in English and Vietnamese.

Requirements

• 4–5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and AI development.
• Knowledge of pretraining fundamentals.
• Proven experience with LLMs and fine-tuning methodologies including SFT and LoRA.
• Strong proficiency with AWS AI/ML services, including SageMaker, Bedrock, Lambda, and EC2.
• Deep understanding of modern deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Experience building agentic workflows and integrating external tools and APIs with LLMs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an agile environment focused on rapid delivery.
