Senior Environment Artist (Gamedev)

Location: Tenerife or Europe; onsite from Vilnius, hybrid, or remote

What you will do

• Take ownership of levels and create immersive, engaging environments that meet the Art Pillars and support gameplay requirements.
• Deliver models and environment assets to a high artistic and technical standard.
• Implement art in Unity, keeping assets organized and aligned with technical specifications.
• Support the Art Director in maintaining and improving art processes.
• Collaborate closely with all disciplines and contribute actively to game development.
• Provide constructive feedback and suggestions while maintaining a high standard of quality.

Requirements

• A broad portfolio demonstrating environments in a range of styles.
• Experience using Blender and Unity or Unreal.
• Experience creating textures in Substance Painter.
• Prior experience developing environment art for a PC or console game.
• Experience optimizing assets for game engines across platforms.
• Creative and proactive approach.
• Good communication skills and fluency in English.
• Located in Europe.
