Forward Deployed Engineer (Voice AI)

Salary: Up to 38,000 AED per month tax-free

What you will do

• Design and deploy AI agents for voice, chat, email, and workflow automation.
• Build RAG pipelines and agentic workflows connecting LLMs with enterprise data.
• Integrate Voice AI, speech-to-text, text-to-speech, telephony APIs, enterprise platforms, and external systems.
• Develop backend services and APIs using Python and FastAPI.
• Deploy and optimize AI applications for real-time performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Collaborate with product teams and enterprise clients to take AI solutions from prototypes to production.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Software Engineering, AI Engineering, or Machine Learning Engineering.
• Strong programming skills in Python or another backend language.
• Hands-on experience building LLM applications, AI agents, or RAG systems.
• Experience integrating external APIs and backend services.
• Exposure to Voice AI, conversational AI, or real-time communication technologies.
• Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar agentic frameworks.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Twilio, WebRTC, or other telephony APIs.
• Experience with OpenAI, Llama, or other LLM APIs.
• Knowledge of vector databases and retrieval systems.
• Experience with Docker and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with multilingual AI systems or Arabic language models.
• Experience building customer-facing AI products.
