Manager Internal Communications, APAC

What you will do

• Support the APAC Internal Communications Strategy and deliver clear, consistent communications aligned with company priorities.
• Create, write, edit, publish, and coordinate content for Ally, Viva Engage, LinkedIn, leadership communications, and employee campaigns.
• Manage and improve internal communications channels, editorial calendars, communication planning, and message prioritisation across APAC.
• Partner with senior leaders to develop key messages, executive communications, presentations, speaking notes, and strategic employee updates.
• Plan and deliver town halls, all-hands meetings, employee events, engagement initiatives, and communications campaigns, including creative briefs and production support.
• Use data, insights, and analytics to measure effectiveness and improve communication channels, processes, and employee experiences; support communication issues and change initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Internal Communications, Corporate Communications, Employee Engagement, or a related field.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft messages for different audiences.
• Experience supporting executive communications and translating business strategy into engaging employee content.
• Strong presentation, stakeholder management, influencing, organisational, and prioritisation skills.
• Ability to build trusted relationships across cultures, functions, and geographies.
• Proactive, self-starting approach with strong accountability and attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Curiosity about emerging technologies and passion for using AI and new tools to improve communications and employee experiences.
