Senior Decision Scientist, Fraud Management

Location: Hybrid work in Vilnius or Kaunas, Lithuania; two days in the office are recommended.

Gross monthly salary: €4,608–€6,233.

What you will do

• Identify strategic opportunities and provide data-driven recommendations for payments fraud management.
• Test and analyze initiatives using statistical methods, visualization tools, and business-impact evaluation.
• Select, calculate, and monitor key performance indicators while investigating issues and root causes.
• Build self-service dashboards that enable stakeholders to use data for business insights.
• Promote analytics and decision-making best practices across the organization.
• Work with Data Scientists to improve fraud detection processes and payment security.

Requirements

• Experience in Decision Science or Data Analytics.
• Experience in Fraud Prevention, Trust & Safety, or a related area.
• Familiarity with SQL and Python.
• Experience with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Knowledge of A/B testing, regression analysis, and other statistical or inferential techniques.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, is required.
