Senior Financial Analyst, CS Operations

Location: Vilnius or Kaunas, Lithuania. Hybrid work with two office days recommended but not enforced; working arrangements are agreed with the team.

Gross monthly salary: €4,392–€5,942.

What you will do

• Lead detailed financial analysis, forecasting, and segment-specific profitability assessments for Customer Support Operations.
• Review forecasts and actual results, reconcile variances, and identify inconsistencies.
• Query and analyse data with SQL, Python, Looker, and other tools to support financial models and business insights.
• Coordinate budgeting and forecasting processes for Customer Support Operations.
• Identify financial risks, cost-saving opportunities, and efficiency improvements.
• Prepare performance reports and recommendations for senior management while collaborating with Product, Strategy, and Finance.

Requirements

• 4+ years of full-time experience in finance, FP&A, investment funds, investment banking, investment advisory, Big Four, or management consulting.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in mathematics, statistics, economics, computer science, or another quantitative field.
• Strong financial modelling skills and in-depth knowledge of financial statements and metrics.
• Strong analytical skills with experience working with large and complex datasets using SQL, Python, R, or similar tools.
• Excellent spoken and written English, communication skills, and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
• Ability to lead projects from ideation through execution and communicate results to stakeholders.
