Senior Site Reliability Engineer (Databases)

Location: Kaunas or Vilnius, Lithuania; hybrid work with two office days recommended but not enforced.

Gross monthly salary: €5,383–€7,283.

What you will do

• Define, lead, and execute improvements to database infrastructure supporting more than 2,000 servers across four data centers and multiple regions.
• Shape the long-term roadmap for database infrastructure and participate in technical decision-making.
• Build database tooling and automate operational workflows with Temporal.
• Lead database initiatives spanning multiple company domains.
• Identify infrastructure improvement opportunities and implement reliable solutions.
• Participate in an on-call rotation approximately every ninth week.

Requirements

• At least two years of programming experience, preferably with Go.
• Experience with relational databases.
• Experience with Kubernetes and deep knowledge of Linux operating systems.
• Strong focus on automation and continuous learning.
• Effective written and spoken English is required.
