Vendor Risk Manager

Location: Hybrid work in Kaunas or Vilnius, Lithuania; two recommended office days per week. Remote work is available for up to 90 days per year in the EU, including up to 21 global days; non-EU citizens can work worldwide remotely for up to 21 days per year.

Salary: €3,517–€4,767 gross per month.

What you will do

• Manage vendor-related operations, risk assessments, compliance activities, process alignment, contract management, and ongoing monitoring.
• Serve as the main point of contact throughout the vendor lifecycle, including onboarding, integration, invoicing, audits, business visits, and offboarding.
• Coordinate work with Legal, Risk, InfoSec, Procurement, Product, Privacy, IT, and Community Support teams.
• Lead the Vendor Operations Support team in improving and automating access management, audits, documentation, invoicing, and security compliance processes.
• Investigate vendor incidents such as data leaks, malicious actions, escalations, and communication issues.
• Maintain business continuity, contingency, and disaster recovery documentation and plans.

Requirements

• Experience across vendor operations, risk, compliance, process management, and cross-functional stakeholder coordination.
• Relevant background in vendor management, risk management, internal or external audit, business continuity, operations, compliance coordination, or business consulting.
• Proven leadership skills and the ability to guide team members and coordinate recurring and strategic activities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, planning, organisational, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Strong written and spoken English required.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
