Chief of Staff

Location: Mexico City, with three days per week in the office; travel to the US and/or Latin America may be required.

hirify.global builds an AI assistant that manages patient WhatsApp conversations, appointment booking, and expanding billing and payment workflows for medical practices across Latin America.

What you will do

• Build and manage day-to-day operating systems across finance, HR, and business operations.
• Run planning, goal-setting, business reviews, and follow-through on company commitments.
• Own investor updates and communications, and support fundraising activities.
• Manage day-to-day relationships and execution with growth and operations partners.
• Lead special projects such as pricing, new market entry, value proposition expansion, and recruiting from initial concept to implementation.
• Work directly with the CEO to improve decision-making and take ownership of execution.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, venture capital, or a startup or high-growth company, with ownership of outcomes.
• Fluent English and Spanish required.
• Strong organization, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• AI-native working style, including the ability to demonstrate an AI workflow you built.
• Experience building projects, businesses, or communities independently.
• Comfort operating with high ownership, ambiguity, urgency, discretion, and limited structure.
