Senior Mobile Software Engineer (Android & iOS)

What you will do

• Contribute to the frontend platform engineering team and continuously improve the hirify.global platform.
• Work with product and engineering teams to deliver new product requirements and customer-facing solutions.
• Design and develop reusable, well-tested system components and contribute to overall system architecture.
• Extend hirify.global beyond web and desktop applications into native and hybrid mobile applications.
• Build headful and headless mobile SDKs for Android and iOS to power AI agent integrations.
• Own a substantial part of the product and platform while promoting engineering best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, with strong computer science fundamentals.
• 8+ years of experience in relevant domains and very strong coding skills.
• At least 2 years of native mobile development experience with Kotlin or Java for Android and Swift for iOS.
• Experience building large-scale, consumer-facing products.
• Proficiency in designing and maintaining clear frontend architecture.
• Experience serving as a technical lead for frontend stacks supporting multiple product features.

Nice to have

• Experience with React Native, Flutter, or Ionic.
