Team Lead, Ongoing Due Diligence (Fintech)

Location: Copenhagen, Denmark; four days per week in the office

What you will do

• Lead the ODD specialist team, manage workload, set priorities, and keep delivery on track against SLAs.
• Own formal performance management through regular reviews, direct feedback, and early intervention on underperformance.
• Monitor SLA and quality metrics to identify operational issues before they affect results.
• Act as the escalation point for complex or ambiguous cases and flag potential regulatory deviations.
• Ensure consistent application of ODD policies and procedures, including understanding the underlying regulatory logic.
• Represent ODD in the wider FCP and Onboarding leadership forum, raising risks and resourcing needs.

Requirements

• Experience leading a team in an operational KYC/AML-related function.
• Strong people-leadership and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of ODD and EDD practices and their regulatory foundations.
• Comfortable using SLA and quality metrics to identify and address problems.
• Fluent Danish and English are required.
