Marketing/PR Manager

Location: Onsite at 15 Republic Square, Almaty, Kazakhstan. Full-time schedule: 5/2, either 09:00–18:00 or 08:00–17:00.

What you will do

• Develop and implement integrated marketing, branding, PR, digital marketing, and content strategies.
• Design and execute media plans and manage social media channels, especially LinkedIn.
• Oversee corporate websites, including SEO strategy, analytics, and content updates.
• Build a consistent brand identity and develop relationships with media outlets, industry leaders, and influencers.
• Plan and deliver press tours, industry events, webinars, and promotional activities.
• Manage the marketing budget with a focus on cost control and optimization.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a senior marketing and PR role within an international business environment.
• Strong expertise in branding, PR, digital marketing, ESG initiatives, and brand activation.
• Excellent command of English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with SEO, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Insights, AI-driven marketing tools, and content creation.
• Experience managing marketing budgets and optimizing cost efficiency.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment with a strong focus on execution.
