Senior/Principal DevOps Engineer (GameDev)

Location: Ha Noi, Vietnam; hybrid schedule with two remote days on Tuesday and Wednesday

What you will do

• Design, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines for .NET and Java microservices, Unity, and Android/iOS builds.
• Provision and evolve cloud infrastructure with Infrastructure as Code, including Terraform.
• Manage and troubleshoot Kubernetes environments across Azure and AWS.
• Operate high-volume services, ensuring availability, performance, monitoring, logging, and alerting.
• Respond to production incidents, participate in the on-call rotation, and drive DevOps projects independently.
• Mentor junior engineers and improve documentation, tooling, and operational processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with infrastructure automation, CI/CD, and application deployments.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Strong expertise in Kubernetes, containerized workloads, and Infrastructure as Code such as Terraform.
• Experience with Jenkins, ArgoCD, GitHub Actions, and at least one of Azure or AWS in production.
• Strong knowledge of Linux, Git, and modern source-control workflows.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work semi-independently while communicating progress.

Nice to have

• Experience with service mesh, observability, and APM tools.
• Experience with the Java ecosystem, including Maven and Gradle.
• Familiarity with SQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or Couchbase.
• Experience with Unity pipelines and Android/Xcode build processes.
• Scripting or programming experience with Bash, Python, C#, Java, Go, or PowerShell.
