Social & Content Manager (Crypto)

Location: Republic of Korea; remote-first, work-from-home arrangement, subject to the role and team

What you will do

• Develop and execute social media and content strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and community growth in the local market.
• Manage local social channels and create, localize, edit, and publish content across social platforms, blogs, campaigns, and other digital channels.
• Adapt global campaigns, product launches, and announcements for local audiences in collaboration with regional and global marketing teams.
• Plan content calendars, monitor trends and competitors, and identify opportunities in local digital culture.
• Collaborate with Growth, Community, PR, Product, and Compliance stakeholders to ensure accurate and relevant content.
• Track performance, report insights, and manage relationships with creators, agencies, media partners, and influencers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in social media, content marketing, editorial, or digital marketing, preferably in technology, fintech, crypto, or internet companies.
• Deep understanding of the local social media landscape, digital culture, and content consumption trends.
• Experience managing brand social channels and producing content with measurable results.
• Strong Korean writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with professional English proficiency.
• Ability to explain complex topics clearly, manage multiple priorities, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with analytics tools, performance metrics, and crypto, blockchain, fintech, or Web3.
