Financial Planning and Controlling Analyst (Manufacturing): Supporting financial planning, performance reporting, forecasting, cost controlling, and business analysis for a global flexible packaging segment with an accent on OneStream reporting, financial data validation, and performance visibility. Focus on consolidating ERP and Excel data, analyzing cost variances, improving reporting quality, and developing scalable finance processes.
Location: Headquarters in Espoo, Finland; hybrid basis

What you will do
- Support monthly and quarterly performance reporting, financial analysis, and cost analysis across the Flexible Packaging segment and its business units.
- Prepare management reports, presentations, forecasts, budgets, annual operating plans, long-term plans, and ad hoc analyses.
- Perform cost variance analysis and identify cost-saving opportunities across SG&A, IT, R&D, and other functional costs.
- Own OneStream reporting, data validation, reconciliations, account analysis, and reporting accuracy.
- Consolidate Excel, ERP, OneStream, and other data sources into scalable reporting solutions.
- Support finance development projects, continuous improvement, and the elimination of manual reporting activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, controlling, financial analysis, accounting, or business finance.
- Experience working in cross-functional and international teams.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, with experience using ERP systems and financial reporting tools such as OneStream.
- Understanding of financial statements and key financial metrics.
- Excellent communication skills in English and availability to work from the Espoo headquarters on a hybrid basis.
Nice to have
- Experience in global or manufacturing environments.
- Skills in Power BI, Power Query, and Power Pivot.
