Airport Manager (Aviation)

What you will do

• Lead and direct passenger and aircraft handling operations on a management and shift basis.
• Manage team and service provider performance against company, brand, safety, security, and regulatory standards.
• Oversee safety and security promotion, hazard identification, risk assessment, compliance monitoring, and reporting.
• Coordinate VIP, MAAS, PRM, and other special-category guest requirements.
• Maintain emergency response, disruption, diversion, delay-handling, and business continuity plans.
• Manage on-time performance, ancillary sales, customer service KPIs, and local security contact responsibilities.

Requirements

• 7–9 years of relevant experience in a leadership or senior management capacity.
• Experience in a highly pressured, multicultural, shift-based operational environment.
• Demonstrated leadership, project management, business solutions, and results-delivery skills.
• Ability to communicate internally and externally at scale across multiple channels.
• Availability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays when required.
• Degree-level education is desirable, or equivalent relevant industry experience.
