Key responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with Russian and international banks, payment agents and digital-asset service providers to resolve complex banking and payment matters.
Manage banking infrastructure, including accounts, cards, deposits and payment services; coordinate account opening and ongoing servicing.
Coordinate complex transactions involving real estate, vehicles and art, bringing together legal, tax and accounting specialists to develop practical solutions.
Oversee personal, corporate and construction-related payments, maintaining a consolidated payment calendar, complete records and control over approvals, contractual limits and budgets.
Monitor cash balances and multi-currency cash flows, forecast liquidity needs, coordinate funding with corporate treasury and recommend placements of surplus funds within approved risk limits.
Prepare annual budgets, rolling forecasts, monthly cash flow reports and budget-versus-actual analysis.Coordinate bank KYC and compliance requests, including beneficial ownership and source-of-funds documentation, with legal and accounting teams.
Ensure tax advisers receive timely information on foreign accounts and transactions.
Safeguard confidential financial information, manage information-disclosure risks and optimise banking fees and service terms.
