Reporting directly to the CEO and shareholders, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving finance transformation, supporting M&A activities, integrating acquired businesses, and building the organizational and financial foundations required to sustain the Group’s next phase of expansion.
Location: North-East Italy

The ideal candidate brings a proven track record as CFO within complex environments, ideally Private Equity-backed, with strong exposure to acquisitions, post-merger integration, business planning, treasury management, and finance transformation.
