TL;DR

Head of Business Development (Commercial): Leading business development across Brands and Boutiques for the EMEA region with an accent on setting targets and driving the team to deliver against new business opportunities. Focus on overseeing expansions and terminations within the existing partner portfolio and ensuring compliance.

Location: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days from home)

What you will do

  • Lead a team of Boutique and Brand Business Development executives and managers.
  • Own the EMEA Brand and Boutique pipeline, set quarterly targets, and deliver against them.
  • Liaise with Americas and APAC BD to ensure consistency in ways-of-working.
  • Oversee compliance and SOX topics managed by the team analyst.
  • Lead the execution of commercial deals and support the expansion of the Sold By hirify.global programme.
  • Be a senior representative of hirify.global in new business acquisition.

Requirements

  • Skilled and convincing salesperson with the ability to explain the hirify.global value proposition.
  • Excellent negotiator with deep-rooted knowledge of the 3rd-party supply landscape in EMEA.
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented with excellent planning and analytical skills.
  • Good understanding and interest in the wider fashion industry, particularly luxury brands.
