Salary: $66,482.07–$74,250 annually

What you will do

• Design and write custom applications supporting database entry, management, and reporting requirements.
• Help develop data management plans and guidelines and maintain quality control compliance.
• Identify and implement solutions to data management issues arising in research studies.
• Support staff with electronic and remote record-keeping systems and train users to improve data quality.
• Assist medical students, interns, residents, and faculty with data queries and statistical analyses.
• Prepare manuscripts and other materials for internal and external audiences when needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, statistics, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2–3 years of database application or database management experience.
• Experience in a large medical center or healthcare environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of current data management regulations and technologies.
• A master’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
