Building Services Design Engineer (HVAC)

Location: Hybrid, site-based in West Dublin, Dublin, Ireland

What you will do

• Lead the design and execution of building services projects on a biopharma client site.
• Deliver HVAC and utilities projects, including energy efficiency, decarbonisation, chiller, and utility upgrades.
• Coordinate with client users, contractors, other disciplines, and the office-based building services team.
• Support HVAC upgrades across production and support areas.
• Deliver projects of varying sizes through the managed services framework.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in mechanical services engineering design, preferably in a consultancy environment.
• Honours degree in Building Services Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong working knowledge of IES or similar software.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit MEP.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid, site-based role in West Dublin, Ireland.
