TL;DR
Senior MLOps Engineer (Machine Learning): Building dependable production workflows for deploying, monitoring and maintaining customer-focused machine learning models with an accent on operational reliability, risk management and cross-functional integration. Focus on strengthening MLOps frameworks, managing model dependencies and incidents, and connecting data science, data engineering and software engineering.
Location: London, United Kingdom. Hybrid working allows up to two days per week from home; the workplace is the office, store or factory specified in the advert.

What you will do
- Deploy and monitor customer-focused machine learning models in production.
- Build reliable and repeatable workflows for model deployment and monitoring.
- Strengthen machine learning operations frameworks and manage reliability risks across live systems.
- Define practical processes for model dependencies, production risks and operational incidents.
- Collaborate with data science, data engineering, software engineering, product and marketing technology teams.
- Explain deployment decisions, dependencies and production risks to technical and non-technical partners.
Requirements
- Experience deploying and monitoring machine learning models in production environments.
- Experience improving MLOps frameworks and managing operational risks in live systems.
- Experience partnering with data scientists, data engineers and software engineers.
- Strong technical communication and the ability to explain production decisions and risks.
- Ability to work in the London workplace under the hybrid working model.
Nice to have
- Experience operationalising customer models through a Customer Data Platform.
- Experience with large-scale customer, behavioural, CRM or marketing data.
- Experience building or productionising models for marketing targeting and personalised experiences.
- Experience documenting model deployment, monitoring and incident-handling processes.
