TL;DR
Project Director OneERP (IFS Cloud): Leading the recovery, governance, and Group-wide rollout of a strategic IFS Cloud ERP platform with an accent on programme stabilisation, process harmonisation, and delivery readiness. Focus on governing scope, budget, risks, vendors, data, testing, cutover, and executive decision-making across an international organisation.
Location: Hybrid role based in Zürich, Switzerland

What you will do
- Lead the recovery and stabilisation of the OneERP programme, addressing structural root causes and setting priorities, milestones, and exit criteria.
- Own the programme scope, roadmap, budget, risks, governance, decision rights, and executive reporting.
- Strengthen business process ownership and key-user structures while harmonising processes around the OneERP template and IFS Cloud.
- Coordinate internal teams, implementation partners, and vendors against deliverables, Statements of Work, and commercial commitments.
- Enforce quality gates across configuration, data, testing, training, cutover, and handover.
- Convert programme lessons learned into rollout playbooks and lead future Group-wide implementations.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in ERP programmes, enterprise applications, or large-scale IT transformation.
- Experience leading complex international implementations, recoveries, or stabilisation initiatives.
- Strong expertise in governance, risk, budgeting, testing, release, cutover, vendor, and change management.
- Understanding of architecture, master data, support models, Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Project Execution, and Engineering processes.
- Experience working with Business, IT, implementation partners, and senior management in industrial, engineering, project-based, or asset-intensive environments.
- Fluent English is required; German is an advantage.
