Senior Affiliate Manager (CPA)

What you will do

• Expand and develop the current affiliate base.
• Build relationships with new affiliates and maintain long-term partnerships.
• Encourage affiliates to work with the network and address their objections.
• Analyze affiliate traffic and propose alternative solutions to potential issues.
• Maintain responsive communication through chats, email, and messengers.
• Attend industry conferences and meet-ups while identifying ways to increase affiliate earnings.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in iGaming and a similar affiliate management role.
• Knowledge of the gambling and betting industry.
• Confident English communication.
• Ability to find flexible solutions, handle objections, and navigate challenging situations.
• Ownership, ambition, energy, and willingness to contribute to company development.
