What you will do

• Create regular packs of short-form video creatives based on briefs.
• Film content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other relevant platforms.
• Publish agreed videos on personal social media channels and collaborate with brand accounts.
• Analyse video performance and improve hooks, formats, editing, and messaging.
• Share insights on GCC trends, creators, content formats, and audience behaviour.
• Collaborate on concepts, scripts, and creative iterations.

Requirements

• Native Arabic speaker based in the GCC region.
• Fluent English.
• Strong understanding of local social media culture and audience preferences.
• High-quality filming setup, such as a camera or iPhone 15 Pro or newer.
• Strong short-form video editing skills and the ability to appear on camera.
• Ability to film in public locations when required and follow briefs while keeping content natural and platform-native.

Nice to have

• Understanding of investing, trading, or financial markets.
• Experience with advanced video editing, motion graphics, or creative effects.
• An existing YouTube channel or willingness to launch and develop one.
• Experience creating content that drives views, engagement, or conversions.

Hiring process
