Content Specialist (TikTok/UGC)

Build and grow a consumer app, focusing on expanding its presence in the Turkish market.

What you will do

• Own content and creator efforts for the Turkish market.
• Create high-performing TikToks, Instagram Reels, and UGC-style ads.
• Build and manage a pipeline of Turkish creators and run influencer campaigns.
• Write creative briefs, provide feedback, and help external creators improve their work.
• Collaborate with paid marketing, growth, distribution, and product teams to connect creative with performance.
• Support launches, events, Turkey-focused activations, and rapid creative testing.

Requirements

• 1–5+ years of experience creating short-form content for brands, agencies, influencers, or creator projects.
• Experience producing advertising content, especially UGC.
• Experience managing creators or providing creative feedback.
• Deep knowledge of TikTok and Instagram trends and the Turkish creator landscape.
• Fluent Turkish and English proficiency; experience living in Turkey.
• Must be willing to work in person in Paris.
