Testing Analyst (QA)

Location: Nicosia, Cyprus; hybrid work with time split between home and office

Salary: EUR 28,000–44,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end testing for client implementations.
• Develop test strategies, test plans, and complex test designs for client projects.
• Coordinate technical, business, and QA resources to identify and resolve defects.
• Assign daily tasks to testers and monitor productivity, testing progress, and budget consumption.
• Perform root cause analysis for incidents escaping into UAT and production, and implement corrective actions.
• Drive testing efficiency, cost savings, and process improvements while delivering projects on time and within budget.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business, Finance, or a related subject.
• Knowledge and practical experience applying test methodologies.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills across multiple workstreams.
• Logical, pragmatic, and structured problem-solving approach.
• Self-directed, proactive working style and ability to operate independently.
• Strong teamwork, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills within an integrated software development team.

Nice to have

• Experience with defect or incident management.
• ISEB, ISTQB, or equivalent certification.
• Exposure to HP Quality Center, QTP, Selenium, or similar testing tools.
• Experience with test automation using QTP or Selenium.
