Wizz Management Trainee - General Procurement

What you will do

• Research markets and identify and evaluate potential providers of indirect goods and services.
• Communicate with external providers and manage queries throughout procurement projects.
• Support tendering activities, including needs assessments, request-for-proposal preparation, provider selection, and decision documentation.
• Compile financial calculations and build Excel models for proposal assessments.
• Prepare presentations, executive summaries, and other procurement documentation.
• Maintain contract inventories and filing systems while supporting compliance and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Fluent English.
• Currently enrolled at a Hungarian university with active student status until at least January 2027.
• Graduating within two years and available to work at least 20 hours per week.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Interest in finance, strategy, and aviation, with strong communication and attention to detail.
• Previous traineeship experience is an advantage; an ambitious, collaborative, and growth-oriented approach is expected.
