Digital and Intelligent Manager (Telecommunications)

Location: On-site in Tashkent, Aybek Street 14, Uzbekistan

FE LLC ZTE Investment is recruiting for a new telecommunications project in Uzbekistan focused on improving project execution through digital workflows, analytics, and practical automation.

What you will do

• Map project workflows and prioritize digital improvements across rollout reporting, quality, materials, and acceptance.
• Translate operational needs into requirements for dashboards, workflow automation, and approved business systems.
• Coordinate solution design and implementation with project teams and IT, including ownership and support arrangements.
• Define data standards, validation rules, and reporting logic for reliable management indicators.
• Build or coordinate dashboards covering milestones, risks, subcontractor performance, and delivery bottlenecks.
• Pilot automation and AI-assisted solutions, manage testing and user acceptance, and support training and rollout adoption.

Requirements

• Experience in digital transformation, business analysis, operational analytics, or process automation.
• Practical knowledge of Excel, BI reporting, and workflow tools.
• Ability to connect business operations with technical teams and deliver measurable process improvements.
• Professional working English required. Russian or Uzbek communication skills are an advantage.
• Clear communication and ability to work with multidisciplinary project teams.
• Full-time on-site work in Tashkent, with a 5/2 schedule and 8 hours per day.

• SQL or scripting experience.
