What you will do

• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure electronic materials meet quality standards and specifications.
• Develop and implement supplier quality management systems including audits and certifications.
• Monitor supplier quality performance through data analysis and reporting.
• Address quality issues with root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Conduct on-site supplier audits and inspections globally.
• Support new product development with quality-related technical guidance.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above in electronic engineering, physics or related fields.
• At least 5 years experience in product and test engineering in large electronic manufacturing companies.
• Familiarity with quality management systems (ISO 9001, ISO/TS 16949) and tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Willingness to travel globally for supplier audits and inspections.

Nice to have

• Experience managing quality of electronic material suppliers in large manufacturing companies.
• Quality management certifications such as CQE or CQA.
• Knowledge of latest electronic material technologies and industry trends.
