Senior Logistics Specialist

Location: Novomoskovsk, Russian Federation; onsite work at the plant

Salary: from 115,000 RUB gross per month

What you will do

• Ensure timely delivery of raw and packaging materials to the plant.
• Coordinate with planning, procurement, supplier management, customs representatives, carriers, and internal departments.
• Manage transport documentation, transit processes, and supply issue resolution.
• Ensure compliance with Russian Federation and Customs Union regulations and support customs documentation preparation.
• Prepare technical reports and lead logistics process optimization projects.
• Develop new solutions to improve logistics efficiency.

Requirements

• Higher education in any field.
• Availability for a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week.
• Intermediate English or higher.
• Strong analytical abilities, learning agility, and attention to detail.
• Experience with Excel and ERP systems such as SAP, C1, or Oracle.
• Experience in logistics, cross-functional coordination, process analysis, and optimization.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI.
• Previous work experience in logistics.
