Information Security Lead (Cybersecurity)

Location: Oslo, Norway; hybrid work with 2–3 days per week from the Oslo headquarters

What you will do

• Act as the primary information security contact for Sales and customers throughout enterprise deal cycles.
• Handle complex security questionnaires, assessments, customer calls, and security requirements.
• Own and maintain the customer trust center and an approved library of security responses.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Legal, Engineering, Operations, Product, and Security on contracts, controls, architecture, and secure development practices.
• Contribute to the Information Security Management System and governance, risk, and compliance activities.
• Improve response workflows using automation and AI, and coach commercial teams on security and compliance communication.

Requirements

• Proven experience in information security governance and compliance, including hands-on SOC 2 and ISO 27001 experience.
• Experience working in a high-growth SaaS or technology environment.
• Experience participating in live customer security conversations and framing discussions around risk.
• Proficiency with security frameworks, secure development practices, customer security questionnaires, contract terms, and automation or AI-assisted tooling.
• Ability to translate complex security concepts into clear, actionable plans for stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement from the Oslo headquarters 2–3 days per week.
