What you will do

• Collaborate with Investor Relations and operations teams.
• Develop forward-looking vacancy control programs covering the next 24 months for shopping centers.
• Analyze poorly matched tenant mixes and identify initiatives to improve retail sales opportunities.
• Assess property vacancy risks and minimize vacancy downtime while maintaining reasonable landlord income and outgoings.
• Evaluate the impact of larger developments in the same location that may attract tenants away from an existing property.
• Provide requirements and guidance for internal network separation, segmentation, and access control.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a top university.
• Experience articulating complex systematic investment strategies in a clear and comprehensible manner.
• Experience working with sophisticated institutional investors and managing day-to-day relationships.
• Experience verifying critical networking equipment against policies and requirements.
• Knowledge of internal network separation, segmentation, and access control requirements.

Nice to have

• CFA or equivalent credentials.
