Quick Flex Program Manager (Last-Mile Delivery)

hirify.global operates an e-commerce platform in Taiwan with Rocket Delivery and international delivery services.

What you will do

• Lead strategic and operational programs to improve QuickFlex network performance, delivery quality, and customer experience.
• Analyze end-to-end supply chain and last-mile delivery processes to identify bottlenecks, efficiency opportunities, and scalable improvements.
• Develop pilot programs, process improvements, business cases, project charters, dashboards, and implementation plans.
• Use operational data, customer feedback, complaints, and delivery defect metrics to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.
• Manage relationships with vendors, delivery service providers, operations, transportation, product, customer experience, and field teams.
• Create SOPs, operational documentation, executive presentations, and performance reports, and manage initiatives through post-launch measurement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, business, operations management, logistics, analytics, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in program management, supply chain, logistics, business operations, consulting, customer experience, or process improvement.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain and last-mile delivery operations.
• Advanced analytical skills with Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Experience developing business cases, executive presentations, operational dashboards, and managing projects independently.
• Experience working with external vendors, service providers, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience in e-commerce, logistics, parcel delivery, marketplace operations, or startup environments.
