Senior Art Director (AI)

Location: Paris, France. Remote work is listed, but the role follows a hybrid approach with required in-office days.

What you will do

• Lead the strategy, conception, art direction, and delivery of campaigns, content, and digital experiences.
• Create social-first concepts designed for platform-native distribution, engagement, and conversation.
• Develop projects from brief through final outputs while challenging gaps and proposing new ways of thinking.
• Collaborate with clients and multidisciplinary teams across hirify.global.
• Use AI in creative development and explore innovative applications of the technology.
• Mentor junior team members and ensure the quality of project design deliverables.

Requirements

• Exceptional art direction, strategic thinking, and conceptual development skills.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality art direction and concepting across varied projects.
• Experience creating social media campaigns that are culturally relevant, native to the platform, and shareable.
• Strong visual and written presentation skills, broad cultural references, and knowledge of common creative software.
• Experience working successfully in collaborative, multifunctional teams and nurturing client relationships.
• Expertise in AI and the ability to apply or creatively redirect it.
