What you will do
- Draft and review merchant and payment processing agreements with PSPs and acquirers.
- Prepare and manage affiliate, marketing, advertising, sponsorship, and influencer agreements.
- Review vendor agreements, NDAs, and data processing agreements.
- Identify legal and commercial risks and propose practical solutions.
- Maintain contract templates and the contract register.
- Support the licensing team on contractual matters.
Requirements
- Law degree.
- 2–3 years of contract experience in iGaming, fintech, payments, IT, or a related industry.
- Experience drafting commercial agreements in English.
- English at B2 level or higher.
- Fluent Russian.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of iGaming licensing, including Curaçao, Anjouan, or Malta.
- Understanding of AML/KYC and GDPR.
