Sr. Specialist Payroll

What you will do

• Audit employee onboarding, status changes, master data, payroll details, bank accounts, and finance dimensions.
• Process and validate regular and off-cycle payroll, leave transactions, end-of-service records, payments, and bank uploads.
• Ensure payroll compliance with labor law, tax, social security regulations, and company policies across operating countries.
• Reconcile payroll provision accounts, post payroll and leave provisions, and prepare monthly payroll reports and headcount analyses.
• Support internal and external payroll audits with complete documentation and timely responses.
• Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes and coordinate changes with relevant technical, functional, People Operations, and Legal teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of payroll experience, preferably in a multinational or regional organization.
• Strong understanding of labor law, tax, and social insurance regulations in Egypt and/or MENA countries.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics and Workday payroll or ERP systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll reporting tools.
• Strong analytical, communication, organizational, confidentiality, and attention-to-detail skills.
