What you will do

  • Lead and develop the Advanced Social Media Team, setting direction and maintaining a high quality standard.
  • Own crisis and incident leadership for social media, coordinating with Marketing, Communications, and external partners.
  • Translate strategic priorities into actionable team plans aligned with the User Voice mission.
  • Monitor KPIs, identify process gaps, and drive operational improvements.
  • Build quality and enablement practices across social media operations and external support partners.
  • Create frameworks, playbooks, and documentation for consistent team execution.

Requirements

  • Deep social media expertise, including crisis management, sensitive content, and complex escalations.
  • Experience leading specialist or subject matter expert teams.
  • Strong coaching and people-development skills.
  • Ability to manage strategic direction and day-to-day operational accountability.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to create clarity and make decisions in complex, ambiguous environments.
