Digital & Social Media Coordinator

What you will do

• Support the planning and daily execution of social and digital campaigns for films, series, and studio channels.
• Manage content calendars, scheduling, publishing, assets, approvals, and campaign materials across multiple projects.
• Develop platform-specific social content and copy aligned with project and studio voices.
• Monitor social platforms and online communities, support audience engagement, and identify timely content opportunities.
• Coordinate with filmmakers, artists, talent, creative teams, agencies, distribution partners, and publicity stakeholders.
• Track social performance, prepare campaign reporting, and support coverage for premieres, festivals, screenings, conventions, and other events.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, digital publicity, communications, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience supporting social channels for a brand, entertainment property, agency, media company, or similar organization.
• Strong understanding of major social platforms, audience engagement, social publishing, scheduling, listening, and analytics tools.
• Strong writing skills and the ability to adapt copy and tone for different platforms, audiences, and projects.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, creative, collaborative, and able to manage changing priorities.
• Ability to work outside standard business hours for key social moments and events.

Nice to have

• Experience with entertainment, animation, film, television, or fandom communities.
• Interest in animation, filmmaking, creative storytelling, social trends, pop culture, and emerging digital platforms.
