Senior Auto QA (Selenium)

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain automated UI and REST API test coverage using Selenium WebDriver and a test framework.
• Integrate automated tests with GitLab CI, including merge request and pre-release execution, artifacts, and test reporting.
• Perform manual acceptance, exploratory, smoke, and sanity testing of new features.
• Create basic load profiles with k6, Locust, or JMeter and analyze performance metrics.
• Prepare test environments with Docker, create data fixtures and mock services, and support release preparation, rollbacks, and hotfix verification.
• Design tests, analyze risks, and maintain checklists and test cases.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in full-stack testing, combining manual testing and automation.
• Strong Selenium WebDriver experience, including Page Object or Screenplay patterns, locators, and reliable waits.
• Deep understanding of QA automation patterns, layered test architecture, test stability, isolation, and test data management.
• Experience with REST or gRPC API testing, contracts, fixtures, Git, code reviews, and GitLab CI pipelines.
• Ability to configure environments with Docker Compose and use basic Bash scripting.
• Fluent Russian is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Playwright, Cypress, Pytest, JUnit, or TestNG.
• Experience with Allure reporting and load-testing tools such as k6 or JMeter.
• Knowledge of Grafana, Prometheus, gRPC, Protobuf, Kafka, Postman, PostgreSQL, mocks, and contract testing.
• Experience testing high-load or real-time systems.
