Senior Finance Business Partner, Nordics

Location: Billund, Denmark; hybrid working with the option to work from home up to two days per week.

What you will do

• Act as Finance Business Partner for the Nordic business unit and finance co-pilot to the Nordic Leadership Team.
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, annual target setting, in-year estimates, and month-end or year-end closing activities.
• Translate financial analysis into recommendations that improve investment effectiveness and business performance.
• Support commercial finance decisions and trade-off discussions with senior Sales and Marketing leaders.
• Strengthen financial governance, internal controls, and decision-making practices.
• Collaborate with Finance Business Partner colleagues and partners across the wider CFO Organisation.

Requirements

• Experience leading financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and closing processes.
• Ability to turn financial data and analysis into clear recommendations for investment and business decisions.
• Experience with commercial finance and investment-effectiveness analysis.
• Experience building trusted relationships with senior business leaders and influencing strategic discussions.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, ownership, and decision-making skills, including comfort with ambiguity and attention to detail.
• Ability to work from the Billund, Denmark workplace under the hybrid working model.

• End-to-end Consumer Goods finance experience across supply, demand, and core finance processes.
• Experience improving financial governance, controls, or compliance processes.
• Ability to build rapport quickly with cross-functional business partners.
