TL;DR
Fashion Retouch Specialist (Adobe Photoshop/CameraRaw): Defining fashion and eCommerce image standards, performing detailed quality checks, and translating client creative requirements into scalable production guidelines with an accent on color correction, beauty retouching, composites, and batch-processing workflows. Focus on improving approval rates, training production teams, and optimizing retouching processes across client and production operations.
Location: Primarily based in Barcelona, Spain, with a flexible hybrid working model and periodic travel or temporary stays in Hanoi, Vietnam; minimum travel commitment of approximately 3 months per year.

What you will do
- Define and document client-specific aesthetic standards and align them with creative and studio teams.
- Translate subjective client feedback into actionable production guidelines and validate brand-aligned image quality.
- Perform rigorous quality checks, resolve inconsistencies, and maintain visual consistency across production teams.
- Identify improvements to workflows, technology, and retouching techniques based on feedback and industry trends.
- Develop and deliver training materials and sessions covering retouching techniques and customer requirements.
- Collaborate with Production, Quality Assurance, and Customer Success teams to improve approval rates, client satisfaction, turnaround time, and onboarding outcomes.
Requirements
- Advanced proficiency with Adobe Photoshop and CameraRaw Editors.
- Experience in fashion, eCommerce, or creative-studio photo production, including color correction, beauty retouching, and composites.
- Technical understanding of image formats, resolution requirements, color profiles, batch processing, and automation workflows.
- Knowledge of fashion-industry and eCommerce visual standards, digital asset management, and delivery systems.
- Strong organizational, leadership, communication, critical-thinking, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Spanish and/or Italian are required to support target markets; business-professional English is required.
