Digital Stylist (AI/Fashion)

Location: Vietnam production team with flexible working hours and 5 days working from home per month.

What you will do

• Execute digital mix-and-match styling in the proprietary AI Studio platform by assembling complete looks on digital models.
• Review AI-generated fashion assets and correct styling inconsistencies, visual hallucinations, and structural garment errors.
• Analyze client feedback and route reworks to meet quality standards and project timelines.
• Document quality-control criteria, identify recurring failure patterns, and help establish improved production standards.
• Provide feedback for prompt libraries and generation settings to improve AI styling output.
• Manage the styling queue, maintain throughput, and achieve high right-first-time accuracy and audit consistency.

Requirements

• Professional experience as a fashion stylist, particularly in e-commerce environments.
• Strong knowledge of fabrics, garment shapes, color coordination, and how clothing fits and flows on a human model.
• English proficiency is required for following complex guidelines and communicating with the team.
• No previous experience with AI tools, coding, or Adobe Photoshop is required; internal training is provided.
